1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Any updates regarding international delivery will be announced on our website.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.


3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: [₹50 or Free Shipping above ₹1000]

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping during promotions or sales, which will be clearly communicated on the website.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes.

  • A COD convenience fee of [₹50] may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Orders placed using COD may require order confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

WILBAN reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not completed.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link. If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow up to 24 hours.


7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural calamities or strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

WILBAN will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect customer information.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details (address, pin code, phone number) are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Orders with incorrect addresses may face delivery delays or cancellation.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address details.


9. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer refusal

We may:

  • Re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Process a refund after deducting shipping and handling charges

COD orders that are refused or returned may lead to future COD restrictions for the customer.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product
